Initial Exam:

Your appointment will last 45 to 60 minutes and include a comprehensive examination to assess your condition thoroughly. This exam consists of neurologic and orthopedic tests, a functional movement assessment, and a physical examination. You will also receive therapeutic modalities and chiropractic adjustments as needed.

Following the exam, we will develop a customized treatment plan outlining the recommended frequency of care.

This will be your longest appointment at Wasatch Wellness Chiropractic, as we take the time to tailor your care based on your examination findings and your response to the first treatment.

Wellness Appointment:

This appointment lasts 15-20 minutes and includes a focused reassessment, chiropractic adjustment, and any necessary basic therapeutic modalities based on your treatment plan. We’ll address any changes in your condition and ensure your progress toward optimal function and recovery.

Designed for more complex cases, this is a 25-30 minute appointment and includes a detailed reassessment, chiropractic adjustments, basic therapeutic modalities, and advanced therapeutic modalities. This is ideal for patients requiring extra time for treatment due to chronic conditions, multiple areas of concern, or specialized care.

Athlete Appointment

This is a 30-35 minute session and is tailored specifically for athletes aiming to enhance performance, recover from intense training, or prevent injuries. It includes a movement assessment, chiropractic adjustments, muscle activation techniques, any and all advanced therapeutic modalities (if needed), and sports-specific therapeutic modalities to optimize function and keep you at the top of your game.

This is a 10-15 minute appointment for patients who need therapeutic modalities between an adjustment. It may include dry needling, soft tissue therapy, muscle activation, and other recovery-focused treatments to support healing and mobility. Ideal for those recovering from an injury or managing chronic pain.
